An analysis has shown that almost 70-80% of the adult population in the Indian peninsula and 60- 70 % population of the world didn’t want to follow a career they are presently pursuing for lack of knowledge of their  potential. The attitude and aptitude of persons in the world differs from person to person. Lack of education, physical needs and physiological needs are different from place to place and country to country. In such a scenario, if a student knows what is the best job fit for him/her, the interest and output increases. 10^th class is the best class in India to go for career counseling though some students prefer 12^th class for the same. A three days to one week couse is planned for such students with a view to suggest various career options sutinig their potential.
